Hey, Rich, wasn't there a mushroom that helped to inhibit GRB7? Seems to me you posted something on this a while back.

Hayley, I love the new avatar! It appears from this article that in the future they will test for GRB7 to see if it is present and to what degree. It's presence, probably the amount of its presence, may fuel the Her-2 fire and therefore must be inhibited by a yet to be produced med given in conjunction with Herceptin. It sounds as though there is quite a long way to go on this, but this may answer the question of why some recur despite Herceptin or progress while on it.

Switched back to Tamoxifen due to tendon pain from Femara
