Note that with male breast cancer, testosterone hormone replacement therapy is not a good idea, as this article points out. And to add injury to insult, men who are placed on Tamoxifen to treat their ER+ breast cancer can expect hot flashes in addition to many of the other symptoms attributed to low testosterone levels. --bird
