Have not had a single one...but then I never got them
I was a bit concerned as you if the Femara was doing the job? I had a blood test for estrogen and I was low low ....

Also my estrogen level was extremely high 90% and it dropped like a rock.

Hope this info helps you. The Femara is doing its job and you are lucky like me for not having hot flashes.
Not all women have to get them. My Mother who went through menopause naturally never had any either, while both my sisters did.
