This happens to me, every once in a while (for many years now), but it eventually (a week or so, usually) goes away on its own. I always think people can see it jumping if I am in a conversation with someone, but it probably isn't that noticeable. To the "victim" is seems quite exaggerated and definitely annoying.

I hope it goes away for you soon.
