Stem Cell Assurance, Inc. announced today that Arthur Handal, MD., F.A.C.S. has performed the first regenerative cell breast augmentation through its nationwide physician network. The procedure was performed at Handal Plastic Surgery in Boca Raton, Florida in the practice's onsite accredited ambulatory surgical facility.
