)) I've gotten back to working out; yoga excluded ofcourse and am definitely hurting especially from all the post stretches. I've got figure out what helps (P.T. or may be a new dr's opinion?) but for the time being...working out (brisk walking/running & free weights) helps to keep me mentally focused.
