Hi Laurel,

Are you saying that it says somewhere in the current language that the US will stop treating patients with Stage IV cancer or terminal illness? I hadn't heard that although I have been plenty concerned limiting the access / insurance payment for chemo's used off label. I have also found that entrance to trials is much tougher once you have had multiple lines of treatment and expanded access isn't really expanded as far as I can tell.
