I wonder what implication the irreversible part may have on the her2 receptors in heart muscle? Tykerb is reversible and it does not say regarding Herceptin. My comprehension is so very limited. Perhaps I am over-thinking this? Lani? Anyone?

Stopped Clondronate--too hard on my gizzard!
Switched back to Tamoxifen due to tendon pain from Femara
