I didn't want to raise flags earlier, but I had multiple seromas. Over and under the surgery site.

I had tissue expander done at mastectomy, turned out to be infection under and over the tissue expander site.

I think the doctors are not as competent as they lead you to believe.

Multiple emergency room visits, multiple surgeries to fix stupid things, if you are having a problem early, get it checked. And maybe see another doctor.
