Suzan, like you I am BRCA2, and I had my oophorectomy via laparoscopy done a month after my mastectomy/recon in 2006. They made (2) 3/4 inch incisions and was done out-pt. I don't even remember any discomfort and a few days after the procedure, I flew home back to HI. That was on Christmas day.

What other recommendations did they make to you for the BRCA2?
