Wink environmental factors in breast cancer

I think alot of things contribute to breast and other cancers including environment, diet, life style and or family history.
When I was diagnosed in January, 1999 doctors questioned me about my diet, life style and asked me
about the places where I had lived during my life time.
They explained that environment can contribute to various kinds of cancer.
Just think about ancient human beings. Their bodies apparently were different than ours are today according to what we read in history and science books. The changes and or bodily adaptations were due to good and bad mutations as a result of enviornmental changes, changes in diet and so forth.
