Sunshine is a big source, fish can be quite high eg mackerel 400 IU in about 100 grams, many multi minerals contain vitamin D, fish oil can have anything from none to a lot.
I cannot give any advice on dosage, I am to qualified to do so and as is evident from the videos opinions are split. The two lectures look at intake issues.
Thanks for the kind thought Robin. It is heartening when it helps. I know you understand what is involved from writing your own book which I am sure will be a great help to people.
