Another thought, you should try a different anti hormonal. From your signature, you haven't tried them all - like maybe Aromosin or Arimidex - even Evista maybe. You should try to go through them to see if one of them might do the trick. Hormone positive cancer loves the bones and if you haven't been through all the drugs, keep trying.
