Dear Terri, I have had a lump like that , actually rather a large one, since about a month after my bilateral mastectomy in 1985. It really scared me, but it turned out to be scar tissue. It's still there 23 years later. I did have reoccurance but in my spine in 1990 and in my lungs in 2004. The first two BC's were regular breast cancer and the last one was her2. You are doing the right thing keeping track of it and following through with your medical team. I would almost bet the farm, though, that it is scar tissue or something similar.
