It probably is scar tissue, I have lumps around where my lumpectomy was done. And seeing that you just got your "new boobs" last month, it probably is scar tissue forming. But please have it checked with a biopsy or scan or something. Not to scare you, but my good friend had a mastecomy done almost 4 years ago and 6 months ago was diagnosed with a reoccurance. She had 2 lumps show up in her breast, they lit up on a PET scan and it was indeed cancer. So it is always good to have things checked when they appear suddenly....sherryg683
