I had my muga done today and was talking to the guy who was doing it this same question. He said anything over 50 and you don't worry about it. He says he usually sees a decline over time with women on Herceptin but it's normal for them to remain around 52 to 54 and then go back up slightly. Mine came out at 70 today and he said that's pretty good for being on herceptin 3 years...sherryg683
