Hi Steph, that is exactly why I wouldn't even consider getting off herceptin any time in the future. Whatever I'm doing, is working and I wouldn't rock the boat for anything. I have had 3 false positives in the last year and a half with PET's. One to my ovary and 2 in my breast, so it does make me wonder about the original 2 lung nodules, I don't put as much stock in the PETs anymore, although it still scared the heck out of me when they lit up with my ovary, it was a very high intake. I like you have had nodules come and go and as long as they don't light up, I don't really worry... which is really contradicting myself. I don't want to believe the PETs when they do light up, but want to believe them when they don't...lol...I guess it would be pschologically easier to be a stage III, than a stage IV . But then I think, what will be will be and all I can do is keep doing what I'm doing. All I know is thank God for Herceptin and for all those doctors and researchers out there looking for a cure for us while we keep hangin on.
