Hey Pretzel,
So glad to hear the feedback on the pretzel recipe. I love them, too, but usually buy Newman's Own Spelt pretzels, which I ABSOLUTELY love.
What oil do you use instead of canola oil? Is it because of taste or something else?
You've made me want to make a batch now.
