Hi Hopeful,

Just saw this when I was looking up HERA again. The difference in the trials may not be so much FEC versus AC but rather the timing of when anthracyclines are used. Anthracyclines used before herceptin seem to cause more damage in the end than anthracyclines used after herceptin. Still, the sooner they can get rid of anthracyclines the better.
