Haven't been on much lately in the past few wks. Am doing fine. Flew to CA for my 6 month ck up and all is well and then last weekend was in Honolulu for a conference. Home now and getting back on track. Busy reading Obama's book Dreams from My Father.
Will be appealing my ins co soon for their rejection of my annual DEXA. (osteopenia and AI).
