I think there is no way to know. I had Navelbine and Zometa. I went to work the next day and had to leave at 9:30. I was in bed the rest of the weekend with horrific aches and pains. Then I developed mouth sores. I felt much worse than I did on AC and T. Nevertheless, each treatment was easier, and now I barely notice a Zometa infusion.

You may have no reaction, but I would make sure I had some support for the weekend in case you are not feeling well.
