Her2+++ and 3 different types of cancer in both breasts

My 44 year old sister-in-law has been diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer. Her BC team informed her today that she has 3 different types of breast cancer. These tumors are very small and the treatment plan includes, bilateral mast, chemo, and rads. She will have reconstruction later. The nodes will be tested when she has surgery. The way that the other tumors were found was through a PEM. They were so tiny they did not show up on her mammogram.
Who out there has experience with 3 different types of BC occurring simultaneously? I wish I had more details but we are getting the news piecemeal as this is hard for my brother and his wife to deal with which we can all understand.
Thanks ladies.
