Is it true that ER positivity at surgery may be higher than when it gets to the lab ? I read somewhere that it can degrade as much as 20% !!! If that is the case, does that mean that some of us with very low ER positivity actually have a higher percentage than thought ?
I know I harp on this ER thing quite a bit- any insight would be helpful.
