Sherry, I am sorry to hear of your brother's passing, but I'm glad he wasn't in very much pain. I took a long hike along the river yesterday, and I thought of you and Pierson. I know this is a difficult time for you and your family, but try to take comfort in the fact that he is in a better place, free from pain and worry, and telling all of his new friends what an awesome sister he has.
