I am so pleased for you to have received this great news. What a relief for you! You have been though so much with your medical professionals. You deserve to hear these positive results. You must really be on cloud nine. I hope that you can use this good news to breathe a sigh of relief and start to believe that you have arrived at a place where the chances for your cancer to return have diminished.
