Thinking of you
Hi Joy,
I read your posts often and always draw inspiration from you. I just wanted to reassure you about the ooph. After the first day, things are pretty normal. A bit sore, that's it. I'll say a little prayer that this treatment plan is just what you need. However, it is comforting to know you have a great plan B (just in case).
