Hi Cherub
The only one of your symptoms I understand
is the effexor/loss of appetite. When I was
on that drug I had zero appetite....wish I was
still taking it 
For your own peace of mind, get everything
checked out. We've got enough "real" worrying
to do, we don't need extra.
