I can so relate to this. It is very common
to have panic attacks inside these "tunnel" machines.

I "over" drugged myself for an MRI but I'd do it again
in a heartbeat - as long as you have someone with
you to get you home safe and sound, take whatever
you need to get through it.

I took 2 ativan and 2 benedryl and they could have
left me inside that thing forever. I was happy as a
clam. But I now have no memory of anything that
happened that day. Who cares?

Your family doc or your oncologist will give you some
"happy" pills to take. You are not alone on this one -
lots of people can't handle those tests.
