This is not a technical article, and Src may turn out to be only one of the many ways in which breast cancer cells become resistant to tamoxifen, but I know there are many who have posted concerned when their herceptin year is over who are concerned about only being on tamoxifen.

Again, her2 + breast cancer may have its own mechanisms of resistance(vs those used by her2= breast cancers_ to tamoxifen, which may or may not involve src, but every bit of research progress helps!
