The registrar should not be doling out medical advise over the phone or at all, and by telling you that you can't get treatment until your at deaths door, that is exactly what she did. As a paralegal, I can be prosecuted for doling out legal advise, so I don't do it!!! This person is impersonating a doctor. Please speak to the office manager about this. If it is that impossible to see your onc, you REALLY need to find a new onc that will be interested in your health and well being. Argh...........
