My Thigh
Just wanted to report in on my left thigh that I was fretting over the other day. It feels better. Lots better. Doesn't hurt in the area at all the last 2 days. I got a new treadmill that I've been running on and for whatever reason the pain has left Now the inner groin area feels a bit stressed from the running and possible walking a bit faster on the treadmill than I did outside. I think on the treadmill it's just more of a steady pace walk so I'm probably using diffrent muscles.
Well anyway, for those of you who responded with your reassurant posts I just wanted to say all was well. Thank God and thank you for caring.
