Shouldn't she be on Herceptin and prehaps something else in the meantime? My friend with inflammatory bc had the same problem with tykerb but then last year it opened up to all people but tykerb was not the miracle she had hoped it would be. Definitely I would think Herceptin should be continued for your friend.
