If it is true flaxseed is rich in phytoestrogens, I would be careful about the overconsumption of it for those who are ER+. I had previously consumed tofu like crazy thinking it was a good substitute for meat and then I had this past occurrance and my tumor was ER and PR positive. Now I limit my soy consumption considerable. i just don't want to take any chances.
