Everyone here is just trying to do their best

One's best changes from day to day

There are no judges here, just wonderful people trying to help each other

I salute you for posting--many just lurk (there is really nothing wrong with that either!)

I am truly unsure if what I posted was what you were referring to, but after I first saw your item I went to the ABC website and read and posted the article on the Korean woman pilot who was trying to get reiinstated after losing her job because of a double mastectomy.

I am sure I would never have seen that and perhaps that article will mean something to one of the many people around the world who read what is posted here.

Everyone here comes from a different background ( I was quite impressed that Shell argued as a lawyer in front of the Supreme Court!) and have different talents (the ability to be reassuring, the ability to express empathy, the ability to find simple practical solutions to problems like breaking nails, cracking skin, etc, knowledge about how to balance omega 3 and 6 fats, and many, many more.

Never be embarassed to ask or fear that someone has posted something else before. There is no contest here, noone judging you and if we are unable to explain something or unable to admit we don't understand ourselves, that is our fault and not yours!

I, personally, have decided to stop posting on multiple occasions (Rhonda H went through similar experiences as well), but knowing what I post can be both useful and used as ammunition and hope has kept me going even when
technical problems (whether intentional or not) kept me from posting.

Whenever I post a red dot goes on my posts as well as an arrow--I must be on Joe's "troublemaker" list! This would discourage most, but I just keep on posting as long as I think my posts are helping someone.

The only reason I noted I may have posted these things before is that I didn't post them all this time and maybe someone might want to go back and see what the others might have been.

Here's to doing the best we can and to this site which provides help on so many levels.
