Personally, I would save the Tykerb for later. I'd probably go with the Herceptin/Navelbine combo and watch it carefully. Then if it's not working go with some of the harsher stuff. Taxotere, Herceptin and Xeloda worked for my lung mets but took it's tole on my body...sherryg683
