Thanks, ladies.

We talked to the pharmacy that's dispensing the Tykerb, and they said they mainly see 3 weeks on, 1 week off. Weird, huh? The literature from Tykerb isn't clear--it just talks about the cycle, but not if there's a break between cycles. The way the onc wrote the script implies one week off, as do the instructions on the bottle of Tykerb, but when we asked her about it, she said, no, she wanted my mom on continuously.

So, continuously it will be, I guess. She's going to have to reduce her dosage, though, I think. It's making her so tired and weak that she can barely eat.
