That's encouraging to read about the sunlight. I know that sunlight is our best form of Vitamin D and I am out in the sunshine lots and lots. I powerwalk/jog 3 times per day - 2miles each time approximately 6 days per week. SO, along with my supplement of D is getting adequate Vit. D I am sure. However, on the down size, I did the "sunshine" (D) and exercise thing long before breast cancer was part of my life. BUT, I also ate way, way, way too much sugar. So................................................ ......time will tell. For now though, I enjoy my sunshine - enjoy my life and take care of myself the best I can. And that's a good thing.

Hugs to all,

Mary Jo
