excessive salivation

I am having a problem with excessive salivation. I can't figure out if this is a form a nausea or more like indigestion. Not sure if it is due to the chemo, herceptin (doubt it) or decadron. I only take decadron for 3 days around the day of my chemo and the salivation can last pretty much all 3 wks until it is time for my next chemo. I am thinking it is due to my chemo (taxotere and carboplatinim). I have tried Zantac (doesn't help) and Compazine for the nausea (doesn't help either). The only time it doesn't bother me is when I eat or sleep.
Anyone else having this kind of problem?
