You are a bit of ahead of me with treatment. I'm starting on Monday, 4/9. But I am planning to get my head shaved about 1 week or 10 days after that. I can't stand the thought of it falling out here and there. For me, I need the control of knowing when it will happen. I have already gotten a cute wig and so will put it on right after the "buzz". I know some women prefer to let it happen naturally. I think its just whatever seems best for you.
