If you want to go the EAP way of getting access to Tykerb, the first site in Canada is in Oshawa Ontario:
Lakeridge Health Oshawahospital. <TABLE border=1><TBODY><TR><TD>1 Hospital Court, Oshawa, ON L1G 2B9</TD><TD>Tel:905-576-8711</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
If the iinfo has not changed since the end of last year when the site was set up,the person in charge for applications is this nurse:

The MD for this site ts Dr Jose Chang
