The medicine can be bought from special pharmacies in US as long as a US oncologist can duplicate the prescription from a Canadian Oncologist, which should not be a big problem. Talk to your onc in Canada and he should nbe able to arrange this for you.
The cost is USD 3625 for one month of supply but a friend of mine got it thru a doc for his mom for compassionate use and he got like 70% discount.
