Girlfriend, you can't have it all..lol. From what I've read if you are triple positive, you have a few more hormonal drugs to treat the cancer with. But being such an early stage, chances are you won't have any cancer to worry about treating once they are done with you. You don't want Tamoxifen anyway..my friend is on it and it made her fat,...lol. ..sherryg683
