I'm so glad that you followed up with your doctors. It seems that they are being very thorough. Sorry to hear that you will require additional surgery, but in the long run it's the best course of treatment. HER2 breast cancer is very aggressive and so must be treated aggressively. You're in my prayers. Please keep us posted.

March 2008 lung met progression, brain still clear - begin Tykerb/Xeloda/Ixempra
