I experience a lot of bone/joint pain with Herceptin. At first it started out sort of like flu symptoms - general aching, etc. I have tried Herceptin every week and every three weeks trying to see if one would be better than the other. It doesn't matter what my schedule is I still have bone/joint pain and sometimes it is very severe. Herceptin has many side effects so all I can say is hang in there. Oct 2007 - clear brain MRI and lung mets shrinking.
March 2008 lung met progression, brain still clear - begin Tykerb/Xeloda/Ixempra
