Hi Kim:

I have been experiencing excruciating knee pain in my left knee since August. I had MRIs done last week and will see the orthopedic surgeon tomorrow. Initially I was on 3,000 mg of Extra Strength Tylenol (500 mg. x 2) @ 3 times per day. This gave me no real relief. Finally 2 weeks ago she prescribed 75 mg of Voltaren which can be taken once or twice a day and it has really helped the pain subside. The generic name is IC Diclofenac SOD. It's been a godsend. I've been on other anti-inflammatories that also did nothing. It probably doesn't help either that I'm taking Aromasin. Take care!
