Not so sure
After all, it is a component of the oil rather than the oil itself which has been shown to be beneficial. If you want to take a GLA oil, starflower oil would be a better bet, since it has alot less linoleic acid (the fatty acid that is at the heart of the omega 6 problem RB is always writing in about) relative to the GLA. If Menendez himself had said that evening primrose oil was a good thing, I would go with it, but I notice that he talks here only about conducting trials with GLA.
