I had Taxol with tykerb and herceptin first, then FEC with tykerb and herceptin also. Had great results.(neoadjuvant chemo)

I remember my oncologist sayin I was exactly borderline, 2.25 as 2.3 would have been overexpression and 2.2 underexpression.
Eventually they said they "manipulated" the sample in some way or other...
