I had been diagnosed stage 4 with met to bladder in Jan 2014. Dec 2015 progressed with met to ovaries.
Doctor said it's rather strange but possible.
Anyone has the same experience with met to...

I've been through 8 rounds of Taxotere + "Herceptin". Next is only "Herceptin" every 3 weeks until ..... (eternity, keeping my fingers crossed).

I used to think I would have got cancer at the age of 50+ but it came and knocked me 13 years earlier. Well it would have been better if both side had agreed on time appointment :)

Has anyone had ovaries removed in order to decrease the risk of estrogen receptor?

My Onco and I were discussing about it and will probably have it done after finishing Taxotere. Any comment?

I've just got BetaGlucan from my "supplement" doctor. It's in soft gel form and made from black yeast (if I remember it right. I'm in hospital for Chemo taking, will look at its package...

So I think Co Q10 could be a double benefit for those who have heart problem when on Herceptin.
It could help increase your MUGA Score and at the same time fighting against breast cancer cells.

My tumor marker CA 153 before the operation was 13.8. It dropped to 11.3 afterward.
Just had the result of CEA today and it's still in range 3.850 ng/mL (0.000 - 4.700)
