I've always been an advocate of surgery then chemo or radiation, depending on the tumor type....

That's a smart question! They could have. The EMILIA trial, which was sponsored by Roche, compared trastuzumab (Herceptin) emtansine used alone, to lapatinib (Tykerb) plus capecitabine...
