The enzyme is called Alox-5. Aloxi is an anti chemo nausea drug. Its a long acting Kytril like drug (Blocks Serotonin receptors)

I read the article and it seems the enzyme that catalizes the formation of 5-Hete from arachodonic acid is called something like Aloxi. The anti asthmatic drug Zileuton CR (brand name Zyflo CR)...
